Rob completed the Melbourne Marathon in 3.43 – just under his planned time of 3.47.
A big thanks to Michael for his guidance and coaching over the 12 weeks training!
The soreness has kicked in and now it’s time to recover! Generally 6 weeks is allowed to recover from a marathon – a long time!
But now on to the next challenge – half iron man in 2016 !!!
